The quartz sand technique allows Elisabeth Agostini to process any kind of original, be it a painting, a photograph or digital artwork, giving rise to a new work of art by means of the unique transfer technique developed by the artist herself.
It is a purely technical exploration of a wide variety of materials with the quartz sand technique. An extremely exciting and laborious process, since these works are composed in many overlapping layers. This creates great depth, the expressive motif is backgrounded while the distinctive structure is foregrounded to the uppermost area of the image.
